On a clear day, you will get to witness gorgeous view of the sun coming out from behind the snowy peaks of the great Himalayan range, turning the colour of Mt. Kanchendzonga to pinkish-gold. So, that’s the moment when you can just hold your breath and go on clicking pictures.

After this, while returning to the hotel, you will also get to visit the 135-year old Ghoom Monastery, the Batasia Loop and the famous War Memorial dedicated to the martyred soldiers of Indian defence services. A piping-hot tea at a tea stall adds to the charm of the beautiful morning in Darjeeling. Return to the hotel as it’s time for you to refuel yourself with some wholesome breakfast at the hotel.

Next, you will visit some other famous and must-visit attractions in Darjeeling which include the likes of Padmaja N. Last but not the least, a stroll at the Mall Road and shopping in the market gives you the opportunity to revel in the hustle and bustle of this hill station and collect some souvenirs to take home.
